I don’t know about you, but the results of the 2016 election shook me, TO MY CORE! As I sobbed on my kitchen floor, all my past traumas - especially those living as a women in America - flashed before my eyes. I physically shook on the floor, convulsing in disempowerment and disassociation.

With snot dripping down my nose, a gentle voice spoke up within me telling me to

“take a deep breath and get the fuck up, today we are done being a victim of our upbringing. Today we are done living this life that was not made for us. Today we’ve had enough!”

I had ENOUGH of feeling disempowered, disconnected from my body, my relationships, my community, ENOUGH of forcing myself to shrink, to stay silent, to fit in, ENOUGH of the self abuse, ENOUGH of cultural narratives defining my worth.

I had HAD ENOUGH!

I picked myself off that kitchen floor and said “FUCK IT”,

I’m going to do whatever it takes to liberate myself from the narratives that have kept me silent, small, and addicted to my own suffering!

I decided that day, I was going to

  • compassionately grab life by the pussy and radically love her unconditionally with an open curious heart!

  • release the struggles that had kept me from my true self!

  • take back my incredible femme power!

  • relinquish the narratives that had held me captive!

  • ignite change for myself and women around the world!

Fully committed to change, I dove head first into unearthing, unlearning, and deconstructing my personal narratives. I consumed knowledge like a bag of Nacho Doritos, my fingers caked with the dust of psychology, world religions, mysticism, and shamanism, I digested the wisdom of my elders and metabolized the energies of new possibilities.

Gathering tools of support along the way, I explored practices of embodiment, meditation, movement, and art. I traveled to sacred lands, communed with nature, and partnered with magical mushrooms, leading me to shed the shit that had kept me from my inner SAGE.

My journey had led me to deep radical self-love, truth, and trust in myself, my purpose, and my community.
